RULES
This Competition is run under BRC Rules for Dressage

THIS COMPETITION

  • This event is covered by British Riding Club’s insurance but competitors are advised to hold their own personal injury insurance cover.
  • The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to safeguard the health and safety of everyone present. For these to be effective, competitors and spectators are required to take due care at all times and to
  • obey any notices or requests made by official stewards in the interests of their own and others safety. Hats to current British Safety Standards must be worn and securely fastened when mounted. Dress code in accordance with BRC rules, a copy of which will be available at the Secretary’s Office.
  • The judges decision is final. Objections must be made to the Secretary’s Office within 15 minutes of the results or incident with a £10 deposit. The deposit will be reimbursed if the objection is upheld. Please keep dogs on a lead at all times, including around the lorry park.
  • The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule or advertised start time, refuse any entry and cancel any class or competition should conditions be or become unsuitable.
  • In the event of cancellation advance entry fees will be refunded.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL THOSE COMPETITORS WHO QUALIFY TO ENSURE THEY MAKE THEIR ENTRIES TO THE RELEVANT PLACES AND MUST COLLECT THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK ON THE DAY TO DO SO PLEASE RESPECT THE FACILITIES USED AND ENSURE IT IS LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY AND PLEASE PARK SENSIBLY
