Showing and How To Prepare Series of horse ownership lecturers covering all aspects of owning a horse How to prepare for a Show covering all aspects of what you need to know about correct tack and turnout from someone who has some great experience of showing at a championship level, our very own Carmen. There will be a demonstration of showing inhand and ridden, examples of a horse in "Show Condition". Correct turnout for Mountain & Moorland, Hunter Classes, In hand and Ridden. This is a must for anyone looking to show this season to learn from Carmen and Diana who have shown at Wembley |

Le Trec Training at the Calvert Trust Le Trec is intended to test a rider and horse in their ability to ride in the countryside. So the orienteering is a test of map reading at a set speed and the obstacles are supposed to represent typical hazards that you might meet out on your ride. This is an informal chance to have a go with friends with support from Amanda-Jayne Statton. We have use of the wonderful facilities at The Calvert Trust 10.00 Orienteering - approximately a 1 hour ride 11.00 Have a go at typical Le Trec type obstacles For more information on Le Trec see www.trec-uk.com or BHS Website |
